Gaijin develops AAA-grade online games for PC, consoles, and mobile platforms, including the popular MMO "War Thunder", "Enlisted" and other games. The Gaijin team consists of hundreds of talented game developers from all over Europe and is constantly growing.

We are looking for a Community manager to join our team.  

What you will do:

• Respond to comments and inquiries: provide timely engagement with our audience across social media and other platforms
• Work within a team of Community Managers, as well as with helper and volunteer teams (coordination and organization);
• Collect bug reports: promptly identify issues and pass them to the development team;
  
• Respond to store reviews: handle feedback professionally and courteously, maintaining the company’s image;
• Create content: write posts and news, craft memes, and generate ideas for social content;

What we are looking for:

• Experience working with gaming communities and an understanding of their specifics;
• Strong writing skills in Russian and English, along with awareness of current trends to create engaging, compelling content;
• Ability to document bugs and communicate clear, actionable reports to developers;
• Ability to ramp up quickly with minimal training; solid understanding of the core principles of community management and support;
• Nice to have: experience with shooter games
