Core Game Designer

We are looking for a Game Designer to join our team.

What you will do:

  • participate in the full cycle of gameplay feature development (such as player actions in combat, bot behavior, etc.);
  • writite and maintaine core design documents for the project;
  • support the feature throughout development (tuning, consultations, reviews);
  • analyze the game features after its release;
  • balance gameplay elements.

What you need to succeed:

  • at least one year of experience in a similar position;
  • shareable examples of features you’ve designed and implemented for professional project (preferrably realesed one);
  • extensive gaming experience and knowledge of the PC/console shooter market;
  • passion for military themes and extensive knowledge of firearms/technology;
  • ability to communicate ideas and design goals clearly to others.
