Corporate Administrator

Gaijin develops and publishes AAA-grade online games for PC, consoles, and mobile platforms, including the popular MMO "War Thunder," Crossout,” "Enlisted" and other games.

Gaijin team consists of hundreds of talented game developers from all over Europe and is constantly growing.

We are looking for a Corporate Administrator to join our team in Cyprus.


  • drafting resolutions, waivers, and other corporate documents, providing for their proper execution;
  • preparing documents for the immigration service (residence permit applications and renewals), managing and communicating with the certifying officers, translators, and tax authorities;
  • completing KYC questionnaires, furnishing all the relevant documents and information required;
  • sustaining the company’s archives, including organizing the document flow and structuring the storage;
  • holding AGMs and EGMs.


  • at least 3 years of experience as a corporate administrator in Cyprus;
  • proficiency in both Greek and English at C1 level or higher;
  • legal background is a must;
  • experience working for a service provider or a law firm is preferred;
  • ability to prepare and file the immigration service is a huge advantage.
