Lead Material & Texture Artist

We are looking for a Lead Texture & Material Artist to join our team.

Your responsibilities:

  • Work with outsourcing teams in a lead role: provide feedback, control deadlines, mentor, and demonstrate best practices;
  • Create details and micro-details for environments, improve and reworke existing ones;
  • Craft details and micro-details for characters/assets;
  • Design decals for assets/characters/environments;
  • Tune final PBR materials within the project engine.

Our candidate should have:

  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience;
  • Proficiency in Substance Designer, Zbrush, and Substance Painter;
  • Experience with custom engines and shaders; 
  • Experience with various version control systems.

The advantage will be:

  • Proficiency in Houdini, hand-drawing skills;
  • Experience in team management or working with outsourcing partners;
  • Artistic education or relevant background.
