System administrator

Gaijin develops AAA-class online games for PC, console, and mobile platforms, including the popular MMOs "War Thunder," "Enlisted," and others. The team consists of hundreds of talented game developers from all over Europe and keeps growing!

Right now the team has more than 700 employees from all over the world: some create graphics, others write code, and others design engaging gameplay and new features. None of this would be possible without our IT team, which supports our infrastructure and does everything to keep it running smoothly.

To keep it that way, we're looking for a System Administrator to strengthen our IT team (working with the company's staff, not game maintenance).

What you'll be doing:

• Helping colleagues with workstations (Windows and Linux)
• Configuring and maintaining servers
• Monitoring Windows Server operations, assisting with Linux
• Managing Active Directory and the corporate network (LAN, VPN, routing)
• Selecting, testing, and repairing hardware (servers, PCs, peripherals)
• Planning infrastructure development and upgrades
• Quickly resolving technical issues — both hardware and software

Our ideal candidate has:

• At least 2 years of system administration experience
• Excellent knowledge of Windows Server and client operating systems
• Basic Linux skills: installation, service configuration, scripting
• Understanding of networking: TCP/IP, VLAN, DHCP, DNS
• Proficiency with Active Directory, group policies, and access rights
• Ability to select and configure equipment
• Russian — fluent, English — B1+ (to read documentation and communicate in writing)
