Go "Beyond the Waves" in Age of Water

Gaijin Entertainment and Three Whales Studio are thrilled to announce the release of the "Beyond the Waves" update for Age of Water, the post-apocalyptic nautical adventure that continues to expand its vibrant and dangerous world. This latest update plunges players deeper into the ocean with new challenges, powerful weapons, and gripping story lines that will test even the most seasoned captains.

Update features a brand-new team PVP mode, "Control Points," where players must work together to seize and defend strategic locations scattered across the treacherous waters. For those seeking even greater challenges, the seas now hide five perilous zones, each guarded by formidable bosses that escalate in difficulty. Also, a brand-new quest line invites players to uncover fresh stories and secrets hidden within the waves.

Venturing far from chartered waters has never been more dangerous—or more rewarding. Lurking just past the sector's edge, a colossal world boss awaits. This unique enemy will push players' skills and strategies to the limit, offering an epic confrontation unlike anything seen before in Age of Water.

To aid in these fierce battles, captains can now access the sixth rank of weaponry, unlocking devastating new firepower. Among these deadly tools is the introduction of a new weapon type for the players: the rocket launcher. No captain can sail alone, and with this update comes the arrival of a new crew member ready to join players on their journey.

The world itself has grown even more dynamic with the addition of ten new combat zones designed for on-foot firefights. These battlegrounds offer intense close-quarters action, forcing players to adapt their tactics beyond naval warfare.

The "Beyond the Waves" update marks a significant evolution for Age of Water, implementing new features and content that are essential for the game experience. Whether you're rallying your crew for battle, exploring the world or confronting massive bosses, the ocean is more alive—and more dangerous—than ever before. Therefore, we’re happy to announce that with the “Beyond the Waves” update launch we’ll officially end the Early Access phase for Age of Water and make it a full-fledged release.
